Dear Ralph,

We can not thank you enough for our beautiful new home. It is everything we imagined it would be and then some. Your reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail is well deserved.

Anyone who has built a custom home knows how involved and sometimes hectic the process it can be but you and your crew were so accommodating, sharing your ideas and building knowledge, that is was actually enjoyable. We worked with your suggested timeline for the various items we needed to select and actually found ourselves well ahead of the schedule!! Probably the most refreshing aspect of building with you was the degree of pride and ownership you took all along the way. It was as though you were building your own home, making sure that everything was done right, the first time.

Jeffrey and I could go on and on about our experience with Commonwealth ,and never do you justice.. If any future customers would like our feedback and/or to view our home, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

New Construction

"Words can not describe our experience with Ralph. When we first started the process of building our home we were deployed to Iraq and could not get any builder to return our emails. Ralph communicated with us through email until we returned home on leave and then drove to meet with us once we were settled. When our land deal fell through and we had to redesign our house to fit on a smaller property Ralph simply contacted his architect and the three of us sat down to make the necessary changes to our plans. Again, this is above and beyond what most builders would do. Once we finalized the changes the building process began.

The first couple of months of the build we were still deployed and Ralph remained in contact with us on an almost daily basis keeping us updated on the progress and even took pictures and sent them to us. When it came time to purchase items such as fixtures and lights he made multiple money saving suggestions and didn't steer us towards "preferred contractors" and was open to us using our own contractors for certain items. Ralph's attention to detail was so acute that he had his framer tear down a pantry and a portion of a wall because the pantry was a few inches off, something that was unnoticeable to me. This "rock star" treatment continued throughout the build, during closing, and after we moved in. His level of customer service and professionalism are absolutely fantastic and he could not be more highly recommended. Ralph will either build our next house or we'll be moving this one. We can't imagine a better experience with the building of our dream home."
